One address, read by a person: hello@interlude.day
Interlude is an independent project rather than a company, so there is no support queue and no ticket number — just email. Most things get a reply within a few days.
Especially worth writing about
A puzzle that seemed impossible
Please do write, and include the deal number — it is shown next to the
timer on every daily, as #247. Every puzzle is verified solvable before it
is ever dealt, so if one genuinely was not, that is a real bug in the generator and the
deal number is what makes it findable.
A word that should be in the list
Word Ladder uses a deliberately curated dictionary of ordinary four-letter words, not a full scrabble list, so that puzzles never route through words nobody has met. That means real words are sometimes missing. If one you tried should be there, tell me which.
A game you would like to see
There is a standing list of candidates, and suggestions go onto it. The bar is that a game must be public domain, and that all of its randomness must happen in the setup — once the puzzle is dealt, everything after has to be skill, or the daily leaderboard stops meaning anything.
Something broken on your device
Please say which browser and whether it is a phone or a computer. Layout problems are almost always specific to one combination, and that detail is usually the whole fix.
Two things I cannot help with
- Recovering a lost streak. Your history is stored in your own browser and, until optional accounts exist, is not sent anywhere — so there is no copy to restore from. Clearing site data, or a new device, starts fresh. Why it works that way.
- Hints for today's puzzle. Everyone gets the same deal, so this one is a matter of principle.
